The Portfolio Pathway, previously known as CESR (Certificate of Eligibility for Specialist Registration), is a pathway in the UK for doctors who have earned their medical qualifications outside of the UK or EU, or for those who have trained in the UK but do not fulfill the necessary criteria for direct entry to the Specialist Register.
