  نسب اهلاك الأصول الثابتة في المملكة العربية السعودية #نسب_اهلاك_الأصول_الثابتة #اهلاك_الأصول_الثابتة إهلاك الاصول الثابتة يعد الإهلاك أداة محاسبية حيث توزع التكلفة الخاصة بالأصل الثابت على سنوات العمر الإنتاجي الخاصة به بشكل عادل، حتى يحمل كل عام مالي بنصيبه من التكاليف الخاصة بالاستحواذ على الاصول الثابتة. ويُحمل تكاليف إهلاك الأصل الثابت كل مدة مالية على حساب كلي أو على مخصص الإهلاك، إذ يتبين بقيمة سالبة في الجانب الخاص بالاصول الثابتة داخل قائمة المركز المالي، ويتم عمل قيد عكسي في آخر عمر الأصل الثابت، عن طريق إقفال الحساب الخاص بالمخصص مع حساب هذا الأصل الثابت . وإيجاد الفرق بين كلا الحسابين على هيئة خسائر أو أرباح بيع ذلك الأصل وتتبين داخل قائمة الدخل.
